Each pepper has been selected for its aromatic profile and singular origin:
- Jamaican Pepper: warm and spicy notes, with hints of clove and nutmeg.
- Sichuan Pepper (China): citrusy and slightly numbing, with a unique floral and spicy character.
- Pink Pepper from Curepipe (Mauritius): soft, fruity and vibrant in colour, it also decorates the plate beautifully.
- White Pepper from Sarawak (Malaysia): refined and slightly earthy, perfect for adding depth of flavour.
- Black Pepper from Kampot (Cambodia): considered one of the finest in the world, with a complex and lingering intensity.
