Hello and welcome to LoveGour!
A store created from the heart, with the mission of bringing the unique flavors of Spain, and especially those of the Ebro Delta, to every corner of Europe. My name is Joan Marc, and I want to share my story and the purpose behind this project because, more than just a store, LoveGour is the result of years of experiences, travels, and, above all, love for gastronomy.
Since I was young, I have always been passionate about traveling and adventure. Living in countries like France, Austria, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand allowed me to discover new cultures, landscapes, and flavors, but it also taught me to value what we leave behind. Being far from home, I missed the authentic tastes of Spain and, above all, of the Delta: the rice for paellas, the unique cured meats for tapas, the artisanal cheeses, and, of course, a good Spanish wine. That’s when I understood that our gastronomy is not just food; it’s culture, tradition, and a Mediterranean way of life.
When I’m in the Ebro Delta, I feel like I’m back home. This place is not just my home but also my winter retreat, because, as we all know, winters in Spain are the best compared to other countries. For this reason, I love wandering through the rice fields, observing the birds in their natural habitats, chatting with the fishermen who bring in fresh fish every day, or with the farmers who take care of the land. All of this fills me with a peace of mind that I haven’t found anywhere else in the world. Seeing the landscapes, smelling the aroma of freshly harvested rice, or sharing a conversation with the ranchers is what inspires me and connects me with the purpose of LoveGour.
LoveGour was born from my desire to bring a piece of this magic to Europe. During my years abroad, I realized that many people don’t know the gastronomic and cultural richness that Spain has to offer. That’s why I decided to create an online store that not only offers high-quality gourmet products but also serves as a bridge between the Ebro Delta, its traditions, and those who wish to discover it from anywhere on the continent.
What makes the Ebro Delta special?
The Ebro Delta is a unique corner in northeastern Spain, where the river meets the Mediterranean. With its wetlands, lagoons, and extensive rice fields, it is not only a paradise for aquatic birds but also a gastronomic treasure. Here, one of the best rices in the world is cultivated, perfect for the traditional paella, and it is also home to fishermen, farmers, and ranchers who dedicate their lives to preserving the traditions of the region.
Living in a place like this makes me feel deeply connected to the mission of supporting those who make it possible for these products to reach everyone. In every grain of rice, in every slice of ham, or in every bottle of wine, there’s a story, effort, and dedication that deserves to be recognized.

When I’m not working on LoveGour, I love enjoying what the Ebro Delta has to offer: its landscapes, its tranquility, and, above all, its people. I am fascinated by talking to the fishermen about their days at sea, learning from the farmers about the harvests, or simply enjoying a good rice dish while watching the sunsets.
We live in a privileged region, and I feel fortunate to share this richness with the rest of Europe. My goal is not just to sell products but also to share a piece of the essence of our land with every person who trusts us.
