Joselito has been doing one thing for over 150 years: making the finest Ibérico acorn-fed ham in Spain.

Their pigs roam free across the dehesas of Extremadura and Castilla y León during the montanera season, feeding on acorns and wild pasture  no supplementary feed, no shortcuts.

The result is that distinctive intramuscular marbling, that deep nutty aroma, and a flavour that stays with you long after the last slice.

🔷 How to serve it properly

Take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before opening. Cold suppresses the aroma: at room temperature, the fat melts on the tongue and the full flavour profile opens up.

Once opened, consume within 24–48 hours.

Perfect pairing: bread with tomato and extra virgin olive oil  or a dry Fino sherry, a young Tempranillo, or a brut nature cava.
